What are the payment options?

We accept payments by credit card, PayPal, deposit or transfer.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes, we ship nationally by Servientrega and internationally by DHL. In Guayaquil and Samborondón you can also choose the PICKER option if you want your order to arrive faster.

We have a limited stock for shipments within the US on the SHOP USA page.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It depends on your city, to main cities it may take between 1-3 business days, once shipped. Please note that there may be delays due to the pandemic.

If you chose PICKER, your order can arrive between 12 and 24 hours.

How do I get the products? Where they are located?

You can make the purchase directly in our online store aggishop.com, in our Instagram SHOP or at physical points of sale .

Are all products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, all our products are vegan and cruelty-free certified by PETA .

Where are the products from?

Our products are proudly ECUADORIAN, handmade in ECUADOR.

What type of ingredients do they use?

All our products contain high quality raw materials, of plant origin, FAIR TRADE and most of them organic. They are free of toxic chemicals that have been proven harmful to health.

Each ingredient is certified free of lead or other heavy metals or harmful substances such as asbestos.

Can I sell your products?
